Decisions & Situations

Sermon Series:

SUNDAY SERVICE

Decisions & Situations

What happens when we allow the suffering in life to get in the way of living a grace-filled life? Unfortunately, sometimes pain gets in the way of our walk with the Lord. We may feel hurt because of circumstances or hurt because of a person, but regardless of where those feelings are focused, we can’t let hurt get in the way of our relationship with God. Instead, it’s important to trust that everything we go through in life is a part of God’s plan, and sometimes blessings come out of the hard times—we just have to trust.

Watch as Ulises Adames speaks on “Decisions & Situations.” Ulises, husband of Gigi and father to five daughters, leads Spirit of God Fellowship’s Street Ministry and has a heart for helping people find healing, especially through the difficulties of life.

Our new Discipleship Pastor, Rob Latiak, brings a message to Spirit of God Fellowship for the first time.

In "Oil Change," centered on 1 Kings 19:19-21 and the call of Elisha, you'll find an impactful word about recognizing the right people for your next season and the importance of bold obedience.

Are you feeling stuck in a “Saturday Season”? That middle ground where the pain of Friday is still real, but the breakthrough of Sunday hasn't arrived yet?

On Palm Sunday, Jesus entered Jerusalem to the sound of cheering crowds. But as Pastor Brian Kamstra will share this weekend, Jesus wasn't distracted by the applause. He knew the same voices shouting "Blessed is He!" on Sunday would be shouting "Crucify Him!" by Friday.

We often pray for the Release, but we aren't always ready for the Rupture that comes first. In this message, Aneesa Sergeant breaks down the three stages of spiritual growth.

We often think saying "yes" to God is just a simple nod, but Isaiah’s story shows us it can be a radical, life-altering shift. In this message, Pastor Brian Kamstra kicks off a powerful new message: "I Say Yes!"

We often think of worship as something we do for an hour on Sundays, but true worship is a craft learned over a lifetime of experiences—the highs, the lows, and everything in between.
