The Cosmic Mission of the Church

Sermon Series:

SUNDAY SERVICE

The Cosmic Mission of the Church

John Russell's last presentation showed Jesus as the Messianic King being rejected by the people because the prophecies He fulfilled included non-Jewish ethnic groups they could not tolerate. Jesus cleared the temple to make room for these outsiders, showing that diversity in his kingdom was arguably his highest goal.

In this message, John looks at “The Cosmic Mission of the Church,” where the letter of Paul to the Ephesians reveals that diversity was part of God’s plan even before the creation of the world.
